D’artanian was a Nine Music rapper who first appeared on his joint album with Sour Fish titled ‘Get Darked Up’. He is credited for his outstanding battling skills (though it is noted that many of his rivals were physically afraid of him and his extra curricula activities). D’artanian and his group The Linch Mob then released their debut self titled album.

D’artanian was known for battling rappers at talent shows and street ciphers. He would even battle unwilling opponents randomly while they were minding there own business. There were many physical altercations when D’artanian would confront rappers, which he would mention in his lyrics to ridicule his rivals.

D’artanian and Nine Music parted ways because of the events of the Nine Music Crash.
