Destiny 5th is the story of freedom. In the year 3020, human beings live in a world of low violence. Due to the lack of land, total population on earth is just under 1 billion. The population is kept low due to a system they call "Freedom". When ever a human reaches the age of 30, the government performs euthanasia and they are cremated. Mechanic organisms (called Mechorg's) were created by their god Mighteth to police the world. The people of earth worship their god once a week offering him tons of earthly goods. But the humans are not bothed as Mighteth has given them a violence free world.

Halona is a curious police woman with a huge interest in mechanics. She has just turned 30 but she does not want to die. So she along with her Mechorg she named Icko, decide to leave the city and find sanctuary.
